If you used the authenticated (logged-in) sections of Kaiser Permanente's website or app between November 2017 and May 2024, you might be eligible for a payout.
The settlement is worth between $46 million and $47.5 million, and they're estimating individual payouts to be in the $20-$40 range. However, Doctor of Credit suspects that it will likely be less than that. If you think you're eligible, you can file a claim online.
