Hey awardtrail readers, ready for some Balkan sun? Delta's got a pretty sweet deal to Split, Croatia for around $741! What makes this particularly awesome is that unlike many super-cheap fares these days (we're looking at you, basic economy!), this one includes a checked bag, advance seat selection, and a regular-sized carry-on. That means no hidden fees and less stress about squeezing everything into a tiny backpack.
Why should you care? Well, Split is gorgeous! Think ancient Roman ruins, stunning beaches, and delicious seafood. Plus, having that checked bag included saves you serious money – easily $60-$70 each way. If you've been dreaming of exploring the Dalmatian Coast, this could be your ticket. Just head over to Delta and do a search. Happy travels!
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
