Heads up, Delta SkyMiles fans! You can currently earn bonus miles when you rent cars through Turo, the car-sharing marketplace. Specifically, you'll snag 2,000 SkyMiles on your very first Turo rental and then 500 SkyMiles for every rental after that.
Now, here's the catch (and why you need to act fast): this partnership between Delta and Turo is ending December 31, 2025. If you're already using Turo, this is essentially free miles for something you were already planning to do. Since Turo doesn’t partner with other airline portals, this Delta deal is the best way to get rewarded for your Turo rentals. So, if you have any trips coming up before the end of the year and Turo works for you, take advantage of this offer!
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
