Heads up, Chicago friends and family! Jewel-Osco is celebrating the Bears' win with a sweet offer: snag $7 off any purchase from January 12th to 16th. There's no direct link, so you'll need to check the Jewel app and "clip" the coupon to use it.
Why should you care? Well, who doesn't love free stuff? Or at least a discount on groceries! If you're a Jewel shopper in the Chicago area, this is basically free money. Even if you only need a gallon of milk, you're getting it for super cheap.
Huge thanks to Doctor of Credit reader Celia for sharing this offer! Definitely spread the word to anyone you know in the Windy City who shops at Jewel. It's a small win, but hey, every little bit helps, right?
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
