If you're a new or returning Uber One customer (sorry, current subscribers!), this is a sweet deal. To find it, head to the "Wallet" section in your Uber Eats app and look for the "PayPal Uber One offer." Why is this worth your time? Uber One gets you discounts and free delivery on Uber Eats orders, plus perks on Uber rides. The catch? After the five months, you'll be charged $9.99/month automatically, so set a reminder to cancel if you don't want to continue. Also, some Safeway members are seeing free 3-6 month offers in their Safeway "For U" accounts. There's also a separate, longer six-month trial for Apple Card holders. The good news is, even if you cancel immediately after signing up, the terms state you should still get the full five months. However, some users are reporting this is not working. Your Mileage May Vary (YMMV) in this case. Just be sure to switch your payment back to your Amex after using up any monthly credits, and then switch back to Paypal to get the Uber One benefits!
