Hey EV drivers! Want to save a few bucks while keeping your ride going? EVgo, the electric vehicle charging network, is offering some sweet deals on charging credits. Right now, you can snag $5 in credit just by using the promo code BACKTOSCHOOL5 when you sign up or add it to your account.
But wait, there's more! Keep an eye out for other codes like WINTERDRIVE10DR ($10 off), WINTERDRIVE5DR ($5 off), LABOR25, and ROUTINE5. It sounds like EVgo might be dropping these codes fairly regularly, so it's worth checking for new ones before you plug in.
Why should you care? Well, free money is always a good thing! If you're already an EVgo user, this is a no-brainer. And if you've been thinking about trying out their network, this is a great excuse to give them a shot. Every little bit helps when you're trying to save on fuel costs, right? Keep checking back for new codes and happy driving!
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
