USF Federal Credit Union is extending their $200 checking account bonus! If you're in Florida (specifically near Citrus Park, though some report being able to apply online) and looking for a quick win, this might be for you. To snag the bonus, you'll need to open a new Catalyst Connect Checking account and set up direct deposits of $500 or more per month. You'll also need to enroll in eStatements.

The fine print? You need to keep the account open and in good standing for six months to avoid any potential clawbacks. The $200 bonus will hit your account the month after your third consecutive direct deposit. This is considered interest, so remember you'll need to pay taxes on it. The offer is now available until December 31, 2025!

There aren't any monthly fees, which is great. It is likely a hard pull on your credit and it's unknown if they use ChexSystems. If you're comfortable with that, and you can swing the direct deposit requirement, this is an easy way to pad your travel fund!
