Heads up, Emirates Skywards fans! Earning those precious Skywards miles is becoming a bit of a challenge lately, but there's a sweet new opportunity to boost your balance. IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering a triple miles promotion for Skywards members, meaning you'll rake in three times the usual miles for your hotel stays.
This is a limited-time offer, so here's the scoop: You need to register for the promotion first. Then, book your IHG stays by November 30, 2025, and complete them by February 28, 2026, to snag those bonus miles. If you're planning any trips that involve IHG hotels anyway, this is a no-brainer way to pad your Skywards account and get you closer to that dream Emirates flight.
Why does this matter? Emirates miles can unlock some amazing travel experiences, but they aren't always easy to accumulate. This promo gives you a relatively straightforward way to earn a significant number of miles simply by booking your hotel stays through IHG. So, register now and make those IHG bookings count!
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
