Costco's trying to win back some of us who've let our memberships lapse! If your membership expired between August 2024 and May 2025, keep an eye on your mailbox or inbox. Some folks are getting targeted offers for a $45 Costco Shop Card when they renew. The catch? You've gotta enroll in auto-renewal using a Visa credit/debit card or Mastercard debit card. If you don't do the auto-renew thing, no free money for you. The Shop Card will be emailed within two weeks of signing up and setting up auto-renewal. Why should you care? Well, if you've been thinking about rejoining Costco anyway, this is basically free money to spend on those bulk buys! Plus, usually these kinds of deals are only for brand new members.
