Hey Award Trailblazers! Looking to explore the vibrant streets of Manila without breaking the bank? United has a deal you might want to jump on! They're offering round-trip flights to Manila for around $754.
What makes this deal extra sweet is that it's for a regular economy fare. Unlike those super restrictive basic economy tickets, this one includes TWO checked bags, plus your standard carry-on. That's a huge perk if you're planning on doing some serious shopping or need to pack for a longer trip. This matters to you because you won't be hit with surprise baggage fees, making your trip more predictable and budget-friendly.
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
