Hey award trail blazers! Air Canada is finally throwing some love our way with a new Aeroplan promotion. If you've been hoarding those points for a sun-soaked getaway, this is your chance to boost your balance. You can snag up to 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points just by booking flights from Canada to select destinations in Central and South America.
Here's the lowdown: You need to book your eligible flights by November 9, 2025, and complete your travel by February 28, 2026. So, plenty of time to plan that perfect escape!
Why should you care? Well, free points are always a good thing! This is a great opportunity to top up your Aeroplan account for a future redemption, maybe even a swanky business class flight. Plus, if you were already planning a trip to Central or South America, this is basically free money (err, points!). Check out the full details on the AwardWallet Blog to see if your dream destination is included and start plotting your next adventure!
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
