WOW! 100,000 American Airlines Miles Up For Grabs (Again!) With Citi AAdvantage Executive Card
Published on December 4, 2025, 9:07 PM
Heads up, award travelers! Citi is *again* offering a whopping 100,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles after you spend $10,000 within the first 3 months on their AAdvantage Executive card. This offer pops up periodically, so if you missed it before, now's your chance. But be warned, this deal has been known to disappear, with some rumors suggesting it will end soon, but no firm date has been set. The last day was previously scheduled for July 11th.
Now, this card *does* come with a hefty $595 annual fee, plus another $175 for each authorized user (after the first three), so let's talk perks. You'll get Admirals Club access (including for authorized users!), a free checked bag, and a credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck. Plus, there are some new credits like $120 back on Avis/Budget rentals, $120 on Grubhub, and $120 in Lyft credits annually. You'll also earn bonus miles on AA purchases, car rentals and hotels booked through AA, and of course, the standard 1 mile per dollar spent on everything else. You can also earn Loyalty Point bonuses towards AA status!
Is it worth it? That depends on your travel style and spending habits. While the annual fee is high, that 100,000-mile bonus is definitely tempting, and the card offers a bunch of ways to earn miles on AA purchases. Doctor of Credit doesn't recommend keeping the card long-term, but if you can hit that spending and maximize the credits, it could be a sweet deal for a year, especially if you value Admirals Club access! Just remember the 48-month rule applies, meaning you aren't eligible for the bonus if you have received a bonus for this card in the past 48 months.
