Heads up, awardtrail readers! American Express is back with a targeted offer that could save you some serious cash on your next Icelandair flight. If you're one of the lucky cardholders, you can snag a one-time $225 statement credit when you spend at least $1,500 online at icelandair.com by December 31st, 2025. This offer seems to be targeted, so check your Amex account to see if it's available for you.

Keep in mind that the offer is only valid for flights originating in the US purchased directly through the Icelandair website. Also, things like gift certificates, group bookings, and vacation packages are excluded. This deal probably isn't worth changing your travel plans for, but if you were already planning a trip to Iceland (or anywhere Icelandair flies), this is a fantastic way to save! Be sure to load the offer to your card before making your purchase.
