Hey awardtrail readers, dreaming of Waikiki? Well, dust off those Hawaiian shirts because there's a sweet deal popping up for nonstop flights to Honolulu (HNL)! The Flight Deal is reporting that you can snag roundtrip tickets for as low as $309.
Now, this is for "regular" economy, so expect basic benefits like seat selection for a fee. To find these fares, The Flight Deal recommends using Matrix Airfare Search by ITA Software (that's a powerful search engine for finding the cheapest routes - think Google Flights, but for pros).
Why should you care? Direct flights save you time and headaches, and at this price, you'll have more cash to splash on Mai Tais and shave ice! So, if Hawaii's on your radar, jump on this deal before it disappears!
Why This Matters for Your Strategy
News in the points-and-miles world moves fast, and promotional changes often have a short window. If this announcement affects a card or program you hold, log into your awardtrail dashboard to check your current benefit usage, bonus progress, and whether a transfer or redemption makes sense right now — before terms change.
As a general rule: transfer points only when you have a specific redemption in mind — transfers are almost always one-way and non-reversible. If you're unsure of the value, check our redemption guides before acting.
